A foul-mouthed girl with a missing arm and a dry tone. Megan is surprisingly talented at drawing and writing, which would be nice if she didn't use it for smut.

She's been friends with Ophelia since she was 10, growing up in the same foster home as her and being the only one who didn't bully her. Forced into child protection services to be kept away from her abusive parents, she learned to fend for herself really quickly and dislikes interacting with others.

Initially standoffish and bitchy, she warms up to people over time and is surprisingly resilient for someone who's lived such a shitty life.

She began dating Robert shortly after they met and he made her prosthetic arm for her with a plastic mannequin hand.

Appearance

Megan is short and pudgy, but Simon takes care to not describe her as fat throughout the story. She has long gray hair that is split into two long braids. It is implied that Robert braids her hair for her. She has dull green eyes with bags under them and dark purple eyeliner.

Her left arm is missing roughly halfway down from her elbow. She typically wears a plastic mannequin forearm and hand that has been fashioned into a prosthetic. The color of the mannequin plastic is similar to her skin tone, albeit much more dull. It is affixed to her with brown straps.

She has the most piercings of the cast, with four in her left ear, two in her right, a nose ring, a tongue stud, and nipple studs.

Character traits

• Megan very likely has a porn addiction and uses smut as a coping mechanism to feel more in control of sexual encounters.

• Megan has to manually adjust her prosthetic hand into position. She refuses to get a better prosthetic because Robert made her this one.

Trivia

• Despite the book saying that Megan has four piercings in her left ear, the cover depicts them on the right. This was done intentionally to add more detail to the cover.
